Website Updates

For changes after your website has launched, such as new photos, menu or price updates and new sections. Charged in 30-minute blocks, and we’ll always confirm the time needed before we start.
Google Business Profile Setup

We set up your Google Business Profile with your hours, photos, services and website link, so you show up on Google Maps and local search. Google asks the business owner to complete a short verification step, and we’ll guide you through it.
Copywriting

No time to write? Tell us about your business on the form and we’ll write clear, friendly text for your pages, written to help customers and search engines understand what you offer.
Booking Integration

We connect your booking or ordering system (such as Fresha, Square or OpenTable) to your website with a “Book now” button or an embedded booking page. Included free with the Signature Website and online shops. Any subscription fees for the booking system are paid directly to that provider.

The package price covers the complete website design and build. Your first year of hosting and our Care plan is included too. Additional costs only apply if you need a domain name, request extra pages or add-ons, upgrade to Care Plus, or continue with a Care plan after your first year. Online shops also need a monthly Wix or Shopify plan, paid directly to the platform.
Both include up to 5 pages. The Business Website is built from one of our templates, customised with your colours, fonts, photos and content. The Signature Website doesn’t use a template at all — we design the layout from scratch around your brand, so your website is completely unique.
You do. Once your final payment has been made, your website’s content — your text, photos, logo and branding — belongs to you, and your domain name is registered in your own name from day one.
We host your website on our account so we can look after it for you. If you ever want to move it, we’ll send you your website files.
You buy your domain name directly, in your own name, from a provider such as GoDaddy, Namecheap or Squarespace Domains. Most .co.uk and .com domains cost around £10–£20 per year. Once you have it, we connect it to your website for you.
Your first year of hosting and our Care plan is included with every package. Before it ends, we’ll get in touch and you can choose to:
1. Continue with Care (£15/month) or Care Plus (£35/month) — we keep hosting and looking after your website.
2. Take your website with you — we’ll send you your website files with simple step-by-step instructions, or move it for you at our standard update rate.
Online shops are built on Wix or Shopify and hosted by those platforms directly, so this doesn’t apply to them.
Care keeps your website hosted, backed up, secure and working, with email support. Any changes are charged at £25 per 30 minutes.
Care Plus includes everything in Care, plus 30 minutes of updates every month (such as menus, opening hours, prices or photo swaps) and priority support. Unused time doesn’t roll over. In your first year, Care is free and Care Plus is just £20/month.

Yes! E-commerce functionality can be added to our Signature Website package for an additional £200.
Online shops are built on Wix or Shopify — easy-to-use platforms made for selling online — so you can add products, manage orders and update your shop yourself. The platform hosts your shop, so you’ll pay a monthly plan directly to Wix or Shopify, and our first year of hosting and Care plans don’t apply.
If your online store requires advanced features or a larger product catalogue, additional charges may apply. We’ll always discuss this with you before any work begins.
Most projects launch within 3-7 days of receiving your completed form and content, depending on the package and how quickly feedback comes back.
Each package includes a set number of revisions, from 1 to 3 depending on your plan. Extra rounds can be added if needed.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before your website is launched.
